Welcome to the
Barony of Forgotten Sea's Brewer's Guild

Their Excellencies Sir Malachi von Uri and Mistress Dejaniera de la Mille Coeur

The Barony of Forgotten Sea's Brewer's Guild's purpose is to give brewers in and around the Barony a forum from which to learn about the craft of brewing, teach what they have learned about brewing to others, to seek and give advise, and revel in the camaraderie of others that share an interest in brewing. Click here for the full text of the Charter. Officially recognised at the Baronial Fool's Event held on March 24th, A.S. XXXV.

The Guild is a social function within the Barony of Forgotten Sea, a Barony that is centrally located within the Kingdom of Calontir, which itself is centrally located within the Known World of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.

Guild meetings are held at the first Baronial Meeting of each month. These meetings are not expected to run very long, but may contain valuable information about Guild Gatherings and tastings.

Several members asked me if I had a bibliography they could look at. I didn't, but now I do! Check here!

Articles written by Guild members include many of these.

Recipes that members recommend can be found here.

Don't know how to make yummy beverages? Click Here! Don't want to make beverages, but want to support us? Members can almost always use edible herbs, fruits, honey, bottles, general support, and honest, constructive evaluation of their creations.

The competition to determine THE "The Baronial Beverage" was concluded. The victorious beverage was Mulberry Mead. Its recipe will be posted here as soon as it is available.
